It’s been AGES since we’ve had a pack blog update. I’m very sorry for the tardiness!
It’s been an eventful few months. We have many new additions to our pack (Bambi, Ponto, Nemo, Nelson & Bunk) and we have said goodbye to old friends like Bijou who passed away earlier this month, Oscar (III) who moved to London, Rose who moved with her mum back to America and Ponto who has been surrendered to go live out at Big Dog Rescue.
We welcome back long-term pack members, Chilli who has been away around 6 months, Hugo & Molly (who made their guest appearance for a weekend), and Maddy moo (who comes to visit from time to time) we’ve missed you all!
Some of our pack have been recovering from all sorts of yucky doggie injuries and sickness. Nemo is slowly on the mend from some serious spinal surgery. Bella had her leg operation and is back on track. Dave had a large lump removed. Dashy’s paws have been giving him trouble. Dillon has been dealing with a strict no swimming rule after his eye was hurting. Rusty (II) has been having a chase of ‘bleeding ears’, those german german pinscher ears are so delicate. Rusty (I) recovered from a paralysis tick only to swallow a fishing hook like his little sister Little who also likes to eat fishing hooks and scare her dog walker & Baci has had some nice new stem cells injected into her leg to help it mend a little fast as it’s going on over a year now.
And we’ve had some guest appearances in our pack from ‘honorary’ pack members like Ruby, Moose & Kenny.
I’ve also been busy keeping the website and Facebook updated for my photography business Padfoot Whiskers & Wings www.padfootwhiskerandwings.com, check it out if you have sometime.
So lets not wait anymore… here are the first 300 best photos from the month of September and October. I still have another 100 or so to add so please come back and check in again soon. You may also notice that the photos are now of a much lower resolution. I’ve had to change to this format due to space on the blog (it’s running out fast!). Please email me with a screen shot if you would like the better higher resolution of any of these pics of your fur babies. I take 1000s of photos each week so these are my pick as the best of the bunch, some are just because I remember we shared a fun or happy moment and some are just so damn cute!

The Good Dog!
The Good Dog! Film fest is debuting in Balmain this August, 17th – 21st 2012. Award winning short films and local entries will be screening at our local town hall (the Balmain Town Hall on Darling Street). All films will be about dogs, feature dogs or be all things dog related. It’s very exciting so spread the word and invite EVERY dog lover you know!

So right now (1:30pm on Sunday) its raining cats and DOGS out. So due to all the excitement and the anticipation of all our furry friends (and human friends) we have decided to not cancel the party but postpone it to the same time same place next weekend on Sunday the 18th of December. Please check in on this blog for updates during the week and do your best sun dance for next Sunday!
