Protected: baby Padda Cakes turns 1!
In Meet the Pack, Trudeau & Paddington on April 24, 2012 at 7:30 amSkippy le dodo turns 4!
In Meet the Pack, Skip on April 12, 2012 at 8:00 pmThis week we wish Skippy a very happy 4th birthday for Thursday the 12th of April!
Not only is Skip a year older but a few days before his 3rd birthday Skippy moved across the road (to where I use to live) and I’ve been walking him every day ever since. Skippy is a wonderful little guy who has the quirkest personality but is very much sweetheart. Every day he greets me with a long and loud chorus of barking and hyperventilating until I get his leash on and we’re out the door. Skip loves a cuddle, he loves being told he’s a good boy, he loves to chase his friends, sticks, balls etc and he loves his treats. The funniest thing I can think of about Skippy is that if I ever hose him down or throw him in the water on a hot day, he shrieks like a girl, a human girl, no really you have to hear it to believe it! (I have many many nick names for Skippy, some are as follows: Skippy le dodo, Skipples, Skippilydo, SkipSkip & Skipenenoo)
I asked Skippy’s dad (Scott) to share some puppy photos of Skippy & write a few words on Skip so read on..

farewell Maddy moo
In Maddy, Meet the Pack on April 1, 2012 at 9:30 pmWell where to start with farewelling one of Walks N’ Wags longest pack members?
Maddy left last Sunday the 24th of March to head with her family to her new house in Newtown. And although Newtown is not far at all it’s a little too far for this dog walker to walk there and back each day.
Maddy or Moo (as I call her) had her very first walk with me back on 17th of March 2010 (exactly two years ago). Maddy had just moved from Melbourne straight to Balmain and right next door to a 7 month old black labrador puppy named Tinoh! Tinoh’s mum noticed that the new neighbours’ had a dog kennel and promptly told them about Tinoh’s dog walker (Me!). So very quickly I got a call to come over and meet Maddy and her parents. I’ll never forget the happy excited greeting I got from Maddy as I sat on the couch to chat. Maddy jumped right up next to me and gave me some lovely slobbery kisses and then made herself familiar with my little dog walking bag that smelt very much like dog treats. Really from that meeting on I have loved every minute walking, playing and spending many many hours with Maddy moo.
